LATE CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be canceled 24hrs or more before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 24hrs will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit.

GRACE PERIOD POLICY
There is a 10min grace period after the appointment time. Failure to arrive within the grace period will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure each nail service.

SALON POLICIES
No kids or extra people allowed during your appointment time. No exceptions.
We only accept credit card and cash the day of your appointment. No CashApp/Zelle/ApplePay/Venmo
